Start with open space
The board feels generous at first, then suddenly every tile matters. Before tapping a generator, make sure there is enough room for the items it can drop. If you only have one or two open spaces, pause and clean up first.
Keep generators readable
Place your most-used generators near the edges or in a consistent corner. That makes it easier to see which chain you are working on and prevents random items from splitting your board into messy pockets.
Group active orders
If two orders both need coffee items, keep the coffee chain together. If one order needs seafood and another needs tools, separate those chains so you do not accidentally merge useful low-level pieces.
Do not over-merge everything
Higher-level items look neat, but orders often ask for lower-level items. Keep a few useful mid-level pieces when that chain appears often on your order board.
Use storage with a plan
Storage is best for rare parts, event items, and pieces you know you will need later. Do not turn storage into a second messy board. If you would not recognize why an item is stored, it may not be worth keeping.
Quick board cleanup routine
- Finish any order that uses items already visible.
- Merge obvious duplicates that are not needed at low levels.
- Move rare parts or event pieces into storage.
- Sell only items you can easily reproduce.
- Return to generators after the board has breathing room.
