Short answer
Most players use the phrase “hidden order” for orders that appear after a story step, event trigger, or board refresh. They may feel hidden because the game does not show every future request in advance.
For practical tracking, record three things:
- The order name.
- The item or chain required.
- What happened right before it appeared.
That is more useful than guessing a fixed hidden-order list.
Why an order feels hidden
An order can feel hidden for several reasons:
| Situation | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| A new customer request appears after a scene | Story progress changed the board |
| A limited-time request appears | Event or timer logic added it |
| A high-level item suddenly becomes useful | The order board caught up to your progress |
| A familiar order returns with different rewards | Reward values may vary by progress |
| A two-item order appears after a single-item run | The board is shifting toward mixed requests |
If an order appears after a Chore Book task, screenshot both the chore and the order board.
What to track for each order
When you see an order that is not already in the Orders Database, capture:
- Order name.
- Required item names and levels if visible.
- Item chain family, such as coffee, orange, seafood, shell, or tools.
- Coin reward.
- Bonus reward.
- Whether it appeared after story, event, or normal refresh.
- Player level or story day if shown.
One clean screenshot of the order board is better than a memory note.
Should you prebuild hidden orders?
Usually no. Prebuilding high-level items for possible future orders can trap energy and board space.
Prebuild only when:
- The chain is already requested often.
- The item is expensive to rebuild.
- You have storage room.
- You are not blocking the current order board.
Do not prebuild seafood, tool, or high-level dessert items just because they might appear later. Wait until the request is visible.
Signs an order is worth finishing now
Finish the order if:
- The required item is already close.
- The reward helps an event or story step.
- The order clears board clutter.
- The item chain will not drain all your energy.
Skip or delay the order if:
- It needs several high-level items.
- The reward is weak.
- The board is already crowded.
- A timed event has a better target.
How to use the database
Start with Orders Database and filter by chain family. If your order is missing, check the closest category:
Rows marked “Needs screenshot” should be treated as placeholders until a player screenshot confirms the exact reward.
FAQ
Are hidden orders required for progress?
You do not need to chase unknown orders. Normal progress comes from visible orders, Chore Book tasks, and event steps.
Can I force a hidden order to appear?
Not reliably. Story progress, current board state, and timed events can all affect what appears next.
What is the safest way to prepare?
Keep board space open, save high-value leftovers, and avoid merging past an item that a visible order already needs.
